We are located at 123 Lumina Way, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. We offer complimentary valet parking for all our guests.
We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on weekends to allow our staff time for rest and ongoing education.
Yes, we offer comprehensive virtual consultations for skincare regimens and treatment planning for out-of-town guests or those with busy schedules.

You can book directly through our website using our AI Concierge, or by calling our front desk at (310) 555-0192. A credit card is required to hold all reservations.
We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
To maintain a serene and focused environment, we ask that you arrive unaccompanied for your treatments unless prior arrangements have been made for a joint service.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next guest. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service.

For most facial and injectable treatments, we advise avoiding retinol, direct sun exposure, and blood-thinning medications (like ibuprofen or aspirin) for 3-5 days prior to your appointment.
We have a curated selection of pregnancy-safe treatments, including our signature hydrating facials and gentle resurfacing. However, injectables, advanced lasers, and certain chemical peels are strictly contraindicated.
